The East Kent College Group is committed to developing the prosperity and wellbeing of the communities we serve. We offer the best possible learning and training experience for our students and have been judged by Ofsted as a good provider of education. We are now seeking an individual to join our body of experienced and motivated staff, many of whom have come from industry.

The College is committed to equal opportunities and celebrates the diversity of staff and students. We particularly welcome applications from disabled people and guarantee interviews to suitably qualified disabled applicants who meet the essential minimum criteria for the role.

We welcome applications from people with a diverse range of skills and experience and were keen to attract and invest in staff who have the ambition, determination and ability to make a positive difference. If you do not meet all the criteria on the person specification we would still like to hear from you and welcome your application.

We are committed to the ‘safeguarding’ of all our students and staff. This means everyone who works here is required to actively protect them from preventable harm. Our recruitment and selection process includes checks to ensure you will carry out safeguarding duties, and in your application you are required to demonstrate how you meet the Colleges requirements. We are also committed to complying and implementing the Prevent agenda.
