Your key areas of responsibility will be to run an efficient and professional station at all times and supervise the Commis de Rang. You will be joining a great team and will be supported all the way in your training and development. Experience as a Commis Waiter working in a Michelin star / 3 rosette or above property is essential together with a passion for delivering excellent service and maintaining the highest standards.
The position is full time, live out, with 5.6 weeks paid holiday per annum and monthly gratuities.
You will be required to work 48 hours per week on a rota basis.
This role is paying £17,280 per annum with a share of gratuities after salary.
Gidleigh is set in a beautiful rural location upon Dartmoor (Devon) with amazing grounds. Applicants must be prepared to travel in to Gidleigh (near Chagford) or re-locate, where live-in staff accommodation is available upon request to facilitate re-location, although ultimately candidates will be expected to live-out.
Applicants must bear in mind that it’s stunning and picturesque rural location means that the nearest amenities are in the small town of Chagford and the nearest city of Exeter is approx. 45 minutes away.
