A Private Members Club is looking for a Chef de Partie to work in the fine dining restaurant and private dining rooms. You must be skilled in all sections in the kitchen and have a positive “can do” attitude.
The restaurant serves delicious food from a Modern European seasonal menu. You will be working in a well equipped kitchen under a Head Chef with an impressive CV as well as a kitchen of experienced chefs. Ingredients are sourced from top UK suppliers and fresh, traditional dishes are cooked to perfection. Due to the nature of the club and the members you must be willing to be flexible and create dishes last minute.
The ideal candidate will have several years’ experience in a fine dining kitchen. Organisation and speed is also essential to keep up with the fast paced nature of the kitchen, as well as a desire to learn as the potential for career development is huge. Flexibility is required due to the all-day nature of the restaurant.
This role will be 55 hours over 4 days. The salary is generous, up to £24,000 plus service based on previous experience.
