Inspired both by the homeland of Italy and creative Italian hot spots across the globe, this restaurant has the perfect balance between respecting the classic whilst pushing forward with modern and innovative dished. Passionate and playful, the youthful kitchen brigade is headed up by a highly-regarded London talent as the head chef. This is a great environment and company to allow the right Chef de Partie or Demi CDP to learn and progress into being a superb senior chef.

The ideal Chef brings:

• Good knowledge of Italian or Mediterranean cuisine
• Passion for the industry and a fantastic attitude
• Hardworking and team player
• High standards, Michelin or Rosette experience desirable
• Salary package of £25k
