How long have you worked at your current restaurant?
One and a half years.

I have a family background of chefs.

Passion for cooking and teaching.

Lemon, olive oil and garlic.

The grill.

Mediterranean, French and Portuguese cuisine.

Lack of preparation with mise en place.

Christmas, because it’s a festive season.

I’m proud of all the dishes I make.
