The Chefs’ Forum is a great way of meeting fellow chefs and engaging with the next generation through working with the colleges. I absolutely love teaching in The Chefs’ Forum Academy at West London College and passing on my knowledge to the next generation of chefs. I have hosted an event for the Chefs’ Forum where I was able to showcase the talent in my brigade and have performed cookery demos on stage at food shows – It is a great platform for all in the industry.
