Born and brought up in northern part of India, foothills of Himalayas to be specific. Did my hotel management degree from India and spent initial years learning the craft at Oberoi group of hotels in India.
Then spent few years learning about world cuisine while sailing and working on cruise ships. Came to UK in 2016 worked all over the places from Scotland , London, Devon, and now in The Cotswolds.
My style of cooking is very modern. Menus are inspired by seasonal British ingredients and flavours are elevated with few little tweaks taken from my heritage of spices
During my journey I had a chance to do few stage’s under Gordon Ramsay at his flag ship 3 Michelin star restaurant, La Gavroche and Pollen Street by Jason Atherton.
Achieved 2 rosettes for Dartington Hall as Head Chef and awarded Chef of the Year 2023 by Soglos Magazine.
I have been Executive Chef at Tewskesbury Park for just over 9 years.
