The Role
We are very excited to be recruiting for a Head Chef. To be considered, you’ll have a few years’ experience working as a Senior Sous or Head Chef, cooking in a kitchen that cares about the food it sends out. You’ll be working with the freshest of fish delivered direct from Brixham every day, you will be a natural leader, supporting and working with your team to ensure great service standards are meet at all times.
This role is available with the opportunity for live-in accommodation for the right candidate.
The advertised salary is inclusive of potential earnings including tronc, bonus, reduced winter opening hours and paid overtime.
