Nathaniel Farrell, who recently spent four years as a chef in Copenhagen, is now Executive Head Chef at the dual-branded hotel.
He has more than 21 years’ experience running kitchens in environments as varied as a la carte restaurants to large banqueting houses, and branded restaurants and pubs to small private venues.
He has managed large teams of up to 50 chefs in venues with a 600-cover capacity across a variety of four- and five-star restaurants. At the same time, he is responsible for winning and maintaining a number of AA rosettes and has also owned and managed his own private catering company in Copenhagen.
