Jo was Head Chef of Demuths Restaurant for three years and spent several years living and working in Spain, which encouraged her passion for the food and culinary traditions of the Mediterranean. Fresh from winning Carluccio’s “Mushroom Recipe of the Year 2011”, Jo continues to encourage creativity in the kitchen through her involvement with a variety of projects, one of which caters for children under the age of four.
