We are looking for a loyal, passionate and committed Sous Chef to join the 5 man team at Lewtrenchard Manor.  You will have a close working relationship with the Head Chef and a large amount of input into Menus and the day to day running of the kitchen.

Experience in a professional kitchen is essential, and you will come for a working trial to help us choose the right candidate. This position does not come with accommodation, so transport is required, however there are fairly regular public transport routes running close to the hotel.
