Much of what you find in our business has come straight from the regions farmers and growers, a good guarantee that it’s going to taste great.
After leaving school 26 years ago, Oliver Kay founded a business selling high quality, fresh, seasonal produce from a small warehouse in Bolton.
His vision was simple; to supply the very best produce from around the world to chef’s in hotels and restaurants around the UK. Over the years he built up a fantastic team of passionate people to help deliver his vision and we are proud to say that we now work with some of the best growers around the world.
We talk to our suppliers daily in order to source the best products as soon as they come into season. This means our customers get the best product, when it’s at its freshest.
The close relationships we have with our farmers, many of whom have grown alongside us from day one, gives us access to the best of their crop at their very best prices. Our suppliers are an integral part of our business, not only do they ensure continuity of supply, they help us with the needs of our customers and are happy to look into developing new products or ideas.
